Corporate History

1965:

Established Toida Glass Works by Kunio Toida.

1974:

Reorganized into SEIKEN PRECISION GLASS CO., LTD.with the paid up capital of 3 million yen.

1982:

Increased the capital to 6 million yen.

1983:

Built No.2 Plant and commenced operation for the production, mainly, of semiconductor glass.

1986:

Increased the capital to 9 million yen.

1991:

Built Mito Plant and increased production of semiconductor glass and glass materials for electronic industory use.

1994:

Increased the capital to 18 million yen.

2005:

Acquisition of the adjoining property for construction of an expansion to the company's main plant.

2010:

Started the operations of exporting overseas.
